Return Policy
At Daniel & Lucy London, we do our best to ensure customer satisfaction. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

Return costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them is not allowed.
Return Process

Request your return via daniellucylondon@info.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

You must return the item at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Any errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
